Welcome to Health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is complete ossification - closure of the frontal sinus and left anterior ethmoid air cells. This could be by birth or post infection and calcifications.
2.Left maxillary sinus shows mucosal thickening with complete opacification of passage ( infection causing the thickness of mucosa and block the air entry)
3.The left sided osteomeatal complex seen occluded / closed.
4.Treatment in this case will be FESS surgery - functional endoscopic sinus surgery, for both clearance of the way and a biopsy sample from the mass / thickening.
5.Followed by a antibiotic treatment will help in definitive treatment of choice. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
